Redemption Rules

Requirements are shown before redemption.

Some rewards may require both enough Moripoints and an active subscription. That requirement will be displayed before points are spent.

Permanent rewards

Selected Vault records, bonus scenes, profile titles, and badges may remain available after redemption.

Temporary rewards

Early access, voting access, or event access may end according to their stated period.

Subscription-linked rewards

Some rewards require an active subscription unless permanently redeemed with Moripoints.

Expiration

Inactivity affects unused points, not owned rewards.

Unused Moripoints may expire after six months without meaningful account activity. Logging in, reading, earning, redeeming, updating a profile, or using another meaningful feature resets the timer.

Users receive both email and in-app warnings 30 days and 7 days before expiration. Previously redeemed permanent rewards remain accessible.
Program Changes

Future rates may change with notice.

Moribund may change future earning rates, reward costs, and available rewards with reasonable notice. Completed redemptions and permanent rewards remain protected.

If the program ends, users will receive 60 days' notice and a final period to earn and redeem points. The final treatment of unused points after that window remains subject to future policy.

Support

Moripoint issues may be disputed.

Users may contact support within 60 days of a balance, expiration, revocation, redemption, or technical issue. Internal transaction records are maintained for review.
